I feel like I could have co-authored this book. Maybe it’s just because I’m not a poor communicator, but I have a very difficult time identifying with people who are so frustratingly BAD at it. There’s really no excuse. The typical “I’m just really busy” doesn’t cut it for me. We live in the 21st century and there are so many communication outlets (e.g. Facebook, texting, Twitter, phone calls, face-to-face conversation) that there’s no reason to poorly communicate. You just have to make an effort.
