As if I needed more reason to think that Amanda Lambert is one of the greatest people on the face of the planet, there is a picture on her tumblr of her petting a horse, and the caption is simply, “me petting a freaking horse.” I mean, maybe you have to know her for that to be hilarious to you, but it made me smile.
Amanda, I know I rag on you a lot, but please know that I do love you and care about you a lot. You’re my sister. I’m so happy for where you are in life… I love your passion for helping those destitute and in need, I love that you love Jesus, and I love your boyfriend. You’re just fantastic.
P.S. I demand to be in your wedding in some capacity that gets me to the dress rehearsal and all other pre-wedding festivities. Remember this five years from now.
