Everything can talk, we just need to learn to listen.

In the attic, in a nook behind a pile of boxes is an old trunk full of junk, including the outer door of a circuit breaker that was labeled with these wonderfully aged pieces of paper. They fell off when I touched them. They’re written in a child’s hand, except for one segment.

Hi Alex
A puzzling greeting written on a page of my own sketchbook, apparently when I wasnt looking. The writing is hasty, perhaps as it seems to have been scribbled rapidly while I was distracted. The hand indicates no gender, but the use of capital letters implies perhaps a male ego.
Hello mystery person, whoever you may be.

Leave Me Alone
A poem scratched on a piece of yellow- green engineering graph paper. It could be in either male or female hand. The extended tails of the y’s and g’s indicate a flamboyant nature, leading me to believe a male author.
I hope this kid isn’t banking on writing for a living…
